[usage and dosage]

1. Prevent the formation of blood clot during dialysis. At the beginning of each dialysis, 5000IU (1 pieces) should be injected from the arterial end of the vascular channel, and no more dose is added in the dialysis, or according to the doctor's advice.

2. It is used to prevent deep venous thrombosis.

1) 1-2 hours before the operation, 2500IU was injected subcutaneously, 2500IU was injected subcutaneously every day after operation, and 5 days after the operation, or according to the doctor's advice.

Adverse reactions included mild bleeding, thrombocytopenia, hypersensitivity, mild hematoma and necrosis at injection site.
